Additionally, our local staff is on-call 24 hours a day to assist you with any questions or service requests. For non-life-threatening emergencies after regular business hours or during the weekend, please refer to your guest directory located in your apartment for contact information.
Examples of non-life threatening emergencies include a disruption in utilities, a malfunctioning major appliance, or any problem that if not addressed immediately may cause damage to property.
For any life-threatening emergency, PLEASE CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
A $50 after-hours lock-out fee may apply if you are accidentally locked out of your apartment.
