What's the difference between a furnished rental and a hotel?

VineBridge Corporate Housing suites are larger than hotels and are fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Not to mention lower in price!

Do I have to Sign a Rental Agreement?

Yes, you are obligated to sign a rental agreement. You can sign an agreement for as short as 1 or 3 months at most of our properties, and you can stay as long as you need to.

What is the minimum stay for a corporate apartment?

Currently, the minimum stay for any of our corporate apartments is 1 month.

Where and how do I sign my rental documents?

At VineBridge, we make it easy! We can email, fax or mail your rental documents to you. All you need to do is sign and return back to us by email, fax or mail.

What are your rates?

Rates vary according to the location, floorplan size, length of lease, and services provided, but the cost is generally approximately 50% less than hotels.

What is included in my rate?

The following items are included in each apartment:

  • Full furniture for the living room, dining room and all bedrooms
  • Housewares (all kitchen and dining items, linens, cleaning items, etc.)
  • Television, HD cable, and DVD Player
  • All appliances (i.e. microwave, washer and dryer)
  • All utilities including electric, gas, water, trash
  • Broadband Wireless and wired Internet service
What if I don't need all of that?

We can accommodate any budget, large or small, by customizing the interior furnishings and amenities to meet your needs.

Do I have to set up any utilities?

No. We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, cable and Internet in our name. A monthly allowance for electricity is given for each floorplan size, as follows: $125 for 1 bed floorplans, $150 for 2 bed floorplans, $175 for 3 bed floorplans. If your electric bill is greater than that amount, you will be billed for the extra amount.

How do I pay?

Our corporate apartments include all your services on one monthly invoice. We accept VISA and MasterCard, or checks, or we can bill your company directly. For customers paying by check, we require a major credit card on file.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to hold your suite. In cases with contracts with certain organization or employers we may not require a deposit. In all cases, a major credit card will be held on file for any incidentals or damages, and also may be used to charge the deposit.

Where are VineBridge Corporate Rentals located?

Depending on your needs, we have properties throughout the Puget Sound area that are within minutes to almost any work location. Our locations are also convenient to shopping, schools, and leisure activities.

What onsite amenities are available at your communities?

Our properties are equipped with the leading amenities available. Depending on where guests stay, they may find onsite health clubs, swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, children’s play areas, business centers, meeting rooms, grocery stores, restaurants, car rental service, and more. Our VineBridge reservations specialist can help guests choose a location with the amenities they desire.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes you can in most cases. We offer pet-friendly properties in every city and area. Most properties have a pet weight limit and breed restrictions, and require an additional pet deposit and/or pet fee.

How do I check in / move in?

We offer a lockbox for you with the key. Inside the suite will be a Welcome box of goodies, along with our Guest Services Directory of important information about the property and the community.

What size floorplans do you have available?

In every location, VineBridge offers a wide selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, featuring full kitchens and separate living areas and bedrooms. Studio and three-bedroom apartments are available at some locations. Single family homes are even available in most areas. Floorplan size varies by location, but VineBridge always offers among the most spacious apartments in each city. Average floorplans measure:

  • 450-550 sq. ft. for studio apartments
  • 600-1100 sq. ft. for one-bedroom apartments
  • 900-1300 sq. ft. for two-bedroom apartments
  • 1200-1500 sq. ft. for three-bedroom apartments
  • 1200 – 3000 sq. ft. for single family houses
What upgrades or additional services can you provide?

We have many available options and upgrades for you, to make you feel at home, including:

  • Additional furniture, (i.e. sleeper sofa, futon sleeper, desk/chair, bedroom chest, twin beds)
  • Cable DVR or premium movie packs (i.e. Showtime, HBO, sports pack)
  • Maid cleaning service
  • Bikes
